Millie's Mishap

This weekend Cameron, Millie and I learned a very important lesson: When you are in a new unfamiliar environment, plan for the unexpected. We were all visiting friends at their very nice, dog-free lakehouse and Millie decided it was the perfect time to do something she had never done before. All I can say is that we were praising God that we were outside when it happened. You see, a short time after Millie ate breakfast she was lounging around with us on the back deck and had the urge to throw up. She acted on this urge, much to our embarrassment, right in front of the family who was hosting us for the weekend. Had Millie ever done this before? No. Was there any explainable reason we knew of for this to happen? Ofcourse not. It was just one of those things God has in store and we might never know the purpose of it. We just have to trust that there is one:)
